LOAN WATCH | YOUNG GIANTS INSPIRE BULLS TO WIN

Lets take a look at how some of our younger Giants are getting on in our most recent loan watch.

Aidan McGowan

Aidan McGowan who joined Bradford before the start of the current campaign has impressed in recent weeks, none more so than yesterday when he starred in their 14-24 victory over Featherstone Rovers, numerous breaks and a try assist for fellow loanee Connor Carr rounded off a superb performance. This adds onto his good start at the club, with a try in the defeat at Wakefield, and playing every game so far in the Red, Amber and Black.

Connor Carr

Connor Carr who's recently joined Bradford, has had an impressive start, with two tries vs Featherstone which helped the Bulls to a 14-24 victory at The Millennium Stadium. Carr also had numerous defensive efforts that forced Wacokecoke into touch and Aekins to spill the ball, creating two tries. He also debuted vs Halifax, and was assured on the wing, as they recorded a win over their local rivals Halifax, Connor's progress will be monitored at the club over the coming weeks, as he enjoys his time in the Championship and we look forward to watching his progress.

Fenton Rogers

Fenton rejoined Bradford Bulls on-loan, and was used from the interchange bench on Sunday in their victory over Featherstone, he made some big hits and some crucial efforts in defence, with the Bulls defending numerous sets on their line before the break. The young forward has a successful spell at the club in 2023 as they reached the semi-finals of the playoffs, with Fenny returning to continue in the Championship.

Innes Senior

Innes Senior, who is on a season long long at Castleford Tigers crossed for FOUR tries vs Salford, as they secured their first victory of the Betfred Super League season, the pick of the four tries being the one that secured his hat-trick as he powered his way past Nene Macdonald to cross the whitewash. Innes has had a strong start to 2024 at the Tigers, with seven tries so far, the second highest top try scorer in Super League, just behind Adam Swift.

Jack Billington, Kieran Rush and Jack Bibby.

With our Dual-Reg agreement with Dewsbury Rams, we also have Jack Billington, Kieran Rush and Jack Bibby with the club, and in their previous game, all played as the Rams secured two points in the heavy woollen derby vs Batley Bulldogs, Billington in-particular impressing on that day as he crossed for two tries. However, they couldn't go back to back- as they fell to Widnes Vikings at the weekend.
